Spacious accommodations with a full kitchen and washer/dryer.
During my stay, the room was not properly cleaned. There were sticky surfaces and debris from previous guests. Additionally, the area around the hotel felt unsafe, with pools of trash and cigarette butts, which is undesired for a supposedly smoke-free property.

The in-house coffee shop was a delightful surprise, offering great coffee to start the day.
Unfortunately, the remote for the TV had low batteries, which was a bit inconvenient during our stay.

I stayed in a One-Bedroom Apartment for 7 nights and it was super spacious with lots of room to move around. The full kitchen was a lifesaver, and having a washer/dryer meant I could pack light. The decor felt homey and comfortable, which made my stay really enjoyable. Plus, there was an in-house coffee shop that was great for quick snacks and caffeine fixes. Just wish the cleanliness was a tad better, but overall, I had a good experience here.

It was just a fine choice for a weekend trip in Topeka that provided great value for the money. The washer/dryer in the apartment made it easy to clean up after our kids and pack lighter for our journey home. Bring some snacks as there aren't many food options in the immediate area.
