loved the spacious apartment setup. kissed waking up by the coffee smell, and friendly staff. requested a lower floor, got comfy beds, nice furniture, and eazy check-in. ample parking, and top-notch amenities. feels like a boutique hotel upgrade at a fair price.

I stayed at Washburn Hotel Suites for one night while visiting my daughter at Washburn U. the front desk staff were friendly and the room was spacious with a full kitchen, washer, and dryer. the comfortable bed and convenient location near local hospitals and downtown made my stay stress-free. Kelly's exceptional service and the cozy coffee shop below were highlights. I will definitely book here again.
